As another year passes, the issue of ownership and leadership succession for the Mine LLC and the Lake LLC becomes more real.  I am proposing that we have a meeting of all current owners AND the next generation.  A portion of the meeting will be our required annual owners' meeting during which we will have reports from both Boards and re-consider the lease option discussed at the last meeting.

The second part of the meeting will be PowerPoint presentations summarizing the Martin Marietta lease and the ownership/operating structure under the new LLC followed by ample time for questions and answers.
